Que + presente de subjuntivo

Spanish Subjunctive: Wishes

Used to wish things for others (good or bad). When we said “que” is like saying  I / we wish.

For example:

“Me voy a la entrevista de trabajo” (I am going to the job interview)

Que te vaya bien! (Is an expresion that means the same as “Deseo que te vaya bien“)  Vaya – Subjuntivo

You can also express negative desires, above all, when asked a “higher power” (like god) that you wish the things don’t go wrong.

¡Que no haya retrasos esta vez!
