Compound sentences

Compound sentences

Compound sentences are formed by two or more simple sentences combined using a conjunction such as “Y” (and),  “O”or or “Pero” but, etc.

For instance (Por ejemplo):

  • Yo camino al parque, pero no corro.
  • Me gusta mi perro y mi gato. (Me and mi are pronouns… don’t panick we are going to see them son)  Y is a conjuction because joins sentences together.
